How to Become a Student
We are currently accepting applications for enrollment in 5th and 6th grades at The Nativity School of Harrisburg. Eligibility is determined by the Federal Income Poverty Lines. You can obtain an application by phone request, by stopping by, or through the link below. Call us for more details.

All documentation listed below must be received before admission is granted. Please fill out the application form here .
Application Requirements
- Copy of Federal and State Tax returns, W2s and any other source of income (social security, cash assistance, food stamps, etc.)
- 6th grade Physical
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of social security card
- Grade school transcripts (3rd - 5th grade)
- Copy of health records
- Copy of IEP
- Tour of school and student interview
- Participation on the pre-enrollment program
